Located on the 3rd floor, it consists of: a living room with a sofa bed, dining room, fully equipped kitchen with induction cooktop, air conditioning and heating, a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there is a comfortable and spacious double bedroom with a private, fully equipped bathroom.
The apartment can accommodate 2 to 4 guests and is perfect for medium- to long-term stays.

Elegant, bright, modern, fully equipped, and spacious apartment. Unfortunately, Venice has very few elevators, but the stairs are wide, comfortable, and not steep.
In Venice, it is common to find apartments affected by humidity and mold because the streets are very narrow and the lower parts of buildings never receive sunlight.
Choosing a third-floor apartment means being sure not to encounter mold or humidity.
Other Things to Note
The apartment is located just a few steps from the water buses and St. Mark’s Square.
The apartment includes air conditioning in every room, private Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen with all comforts, and a bathroom with sink, shower, and complete sanitary fittings.
Bed linens and a complimentary courtesy kit will be provided free of charge.
The price does not include the city tourist tax, which must be paid in cash to the owner upon arrival.

Children under 10 years old: free
For late-night check-in, prior notice is required. There is an extra charge of €30 up to 10:30 PM, plus an additional €15 until midnight.
We are pleased to inform you that we offer a special service to make your stay even more comfortable. Before check-in, you may leave your luggage at our property in advance. This will allow you to explore the city and enjoy your time without worrying about your belongings.
