The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and utensils, ideal for preparing delicious meals during your stay. Whether it’s a quick breakfast or a family dinner, you’ll have everything you need at hand.

Located just a short walk from restaurants, shops, and local attractions, our location is perfect for exploring the area. We are delighted to host you and ensure your stay is pleasant and relaxing!

The apartment is located just a few steps from the water buses and St. Mark’s Square.
The apartment includes air conditioning in every room, private Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen with all comforts, and a bathroom with sink, shower, and complete sanitary fittings.
Bed linens and a full courtesy kit will be provided free of charge.

The price does not include the city tourist tax, which must be paid in cash to the owner upon arrival.

For late-night check-in, there is an extra charge of €25 until 10:30 PM, plus an additional €20 until midnight. Check-in is not available after midnight.
